We open new availability on a rolling basis and popular days fill quickly. Many clients book several weeks/months in advance, especially for standing appointments.

If you have flexibility, we can oftentimes accommodate quick openings, but advance booking is the best way to secure your preferred day and time.

Pricing is based on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, handling needs, and the services required. Because Fresh is a one-on-one service, we spend more time with each dog and tailor every appointment rather than grooming on volume.

Your groomer takes the time to assess your pet’s coat, comfort level, and individual needs, then adjusts everything from product selection to drying and brushing techniques to best suit your dog.

Our goal is to provide as clear of an estimate as possible before booking, so there are no surprises. The more detailed the information you share about your dog up front, the more accurate your quote will be.

Yes. We genuinely love working with senior dogs and anxious dogs alike.

Mobile grooming is often much less stimulating and stressful than a traditional salon or even a car ride to the groomer. Our mobile spa is quiet, private, and free from cages, barking dogs, and long waiting times, which allows many anxious pets to relax more quickly.

Because we work one-on-one, our groomers take the time to get to know your dog, their quirks, and their comfort limits, and we adjust our handling to meet them where they are.

Senior pets are handled with expert care. Our groomers are experienced with collapsed tracheas, mobility challenges, and age-related sensitivities. All of our groomers are CPR and first-aid certified, and every appointment is approached with the goal of being as gentle, low-stress, and supportive as possible.

Only for your first appointment.  Once we meet you and your dog/s and go over their needs with you, many clients choose to leave us a key, or door code for future appointments.  You’d simply let us know how you’d like your groomer to get in, where you’d like your dog to be secured (free roam or secured to a certain room) and we will handle the rest.  Your groomer will text you their ETA as usual, let you know when your dog is finished, send you a photo, an invoice or run a card that you’ve left on file, lock up for you and text you your next appointment date. 

No, we can’t have anyone in the van while we’re working, however, we want to develop a trusting relationship with each client and pet, therefore if there’s something you’re curious about seeing in particular, we can record the process so you can see it. Typically, your dog behaves differently without the presence of fellow family members. This is also another reason we groom many dogs one at a time and not with their siblings.

We use a carefully selected range of high-quality, professional grooming products that are widely respected in the grooming industry. Every product we use is chosen for performance, safety, and how it supports healthy skin and coats.

Because every dog is different, baths are fully customized. We regularly groom double-coated shedding dogs, terriers, doodles, drop-coated breeds, puppies, and dogs with sensitive, dry, or allergy-prone skin. Your groomer selects the appropriate shampoo, conditioner, and bathing approach based on your dog’s coat type, skin condition, and comfort level.

We offer fragrance-free options for dogs with sensitivities and are happy to use veterinarian-prescribed shampoos when provided, following directions carefully and exactly as instructed.
